3월 막바지 남쪽 한국
산불이 산줄기를 따라 번지고
강풍이 불을 키우고
4월 중순
찬 비바람이 지나고
인력으론 감당이 안 되던 불이 잡히고
윈드, 따듯한 봄바람이 살랑살랑 일고
난, 지난 재해를 교훈 삼아
성찰하며 봄의 기운에 힘을 낸다.
러시, 고통과 기쁨은 동전의 양면처럼 왔다 가고
핑그르르 혼란해져도 겨울을 견디고
프(푸)르른 잎새를 틔워낸 싹을 보며
란(난), 또 일어나
쵸(초)조해지려는 마음을 진정시키고
크지 않은 작은 내 앞에 놓인 일부터 하나씩 손을 댄다.
마지막을 늘 머리에 담아
추구하려는 목표를
피하기보단
추진하면서
아직은 미완성이지만
시작할 때의 모습을
시시때때로 기억해 작고 가는
핀만큼의 성과라 할지라도
란(난), 꾸준히 쌓아가며
드디어 이루었노라

still unfinished, but in progress.

so even the tiniest achievement,
as small and thin as a pin, feels meaningful.
